Morgan Sears Neal serves as a family law and estate planning paralegal at Smith Strong, PLC.
She began at Smith Strong as a receptionist several years ago. Morgan's friendly, welcoming presence with new clients quickly earned her the nickname "Sunshine."
However, Morgan moved onto more than just our "Director of First Impressions." Her prior experience at some of the top trial and appellate law firms in Richmond, including serving as a paralegal for a prominent appellate practice group before joining Smith Strong, PLC ensured her quick rise.
Her post-secondary education includes a focus on litigation, family law, and estate planning.
Morgan grew up and still resides in her hometown of Chester, Virginia, where she graduated from Thomas Dale High School [a sore subject, as attorney Van Smith graduated from epic "Battle of Chester" rival, L.C. Bird].
Morgan helps fulfill our mission "to make each client and first time caller feel as comfortable as possible," while also handling complex case preparation aspects of divorce and custody trials for our attorneys.
