Jessica grew up in Williamsburg, Virginia and graduated from Jamestown High School in 2018.
Jessica attended Colgate University in Hamilton, New York where she studied sociology and economics. She was awarded Honors for her thesis exploring the influence of race in Virginia Drug Treatment Courts. She remained on the Deans List every semester and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2022.
In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, boating, gardening, and hanging out with friends and family.
