She graduated from the University of Illinois with Bachelor’s degrees in both Creative Writing and Flute Performance. After the completion of her dual degree program, Sarah taught in Caroline County Public Schools and served the General Assembly of Virginia as Editor for the Virginia Commission on Youth.
After a long trajectory of playing flute nationally, Sarah has enjoyed performing locally in the Richmond area in Flute Forte and Altissimo flute choir. She is also an avid reader and water skier.
Sarah hopes to pursue a legal career in the future and is currently considering law school.
