Michael Gee served as a family law and litigation attorney, focusing on divorce, custody, estate/fiduciary litigation, and trial matters, appearing weekly in courts across central Virginia.
Michael was born and raised in Midlothian, Virginia, attending Midlothian High School. He then pursued his undergraduate studies at Hampden-Sydney College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics. From that point, Michael went straight to law school and graduated from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond.
During law school, Michael held various legal internships that gave him a variety of experience, including: litigation, contract drafting, and compliance. These experiences allowed him to bring a fresh and well-rounded perspective to his practice at Smith Strong, PLC. Outside of work, Michael likes to spend his free time hanging out with family and friends, playing one of the many sports he enjoys, watching football, and partaking in outdoor activities--especially fishing.
Michael's earliest professional memories include working in businesses owned or managed by his close-knit family in Chesterfield and Henrico County, Virginia, including in insurance, real estate, law, and brokerage services. Michael brought a unique business acumen and strong business relationships to assist his clients.
Michael is licensed to practice law in Virginia.
