Eden Mitchell was born and raised in Virginia, growing up in Christiansburg in the southwest region. After graduating from Christiansburg High School in 2023, she attended the University of Virginia, where she graduated with distinction, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Religious Studies. She completed her bachelor's degree in just three years.
Eden joined us in September 2026 and works as a paralegal in the Family Law and Litigation division of Smith Strong. She developed an interest in the legal field during high school after completing an internship with the Radford University Criminal Justice department. Throughout college, she participated in several law-oriented organizations to further her enthusiasm for and knowledge of the field. She relocated to Richmond to join the firm immediately after graduating from college.
Outside of work, Eden enjoys reading thriller novels and history books, playing volleyball, and trying out new baking recipes.
