Attorney Robert Miller represented an older couple (the defendents) involved in a legal case centering arond a disputed family estate.  At issue was approximately $500,000 of property assets in a will that the opposing claimed had not been deeded properly.   A question of undue influence was raised during the case, and the opposing party claimed that the will was fraudulent; and therefore, the property should not be included in the estate.  In a successful outcome for Robert's clients, Judge McGinty of the Williamsburg Circuit Court ruled that the will was valid.
