When handling your legal matter, we try to keep your case out of court as much as possible. Keep in mind that only 15-25% of our clients end up going to court and facing cross-examination.

Cross-examination, (interrogation by the opposing attorney in court), can be stressful, no doubt about it.  However, there are some ways to make your experience with cross-examination not only bearable, but positive, and helpful to your case.

Remain honest in your answers, at all times.  Also, keep your answers brief and to the point.  Be professional at all times.  Be sure never to grimace, make faces at the opposing side, or get overly emotional.  Try to establish credibility by being professional at all times.
